This service is particularly employed for time-sensitive SMS messages, such as stock alerts, bank transaction notifications, school communications, critical event updates, emergency notifications, and alerts related to customer transactions, such as sign-up confirmations on your website, order confirmations, delivery status notifications, and more.
How Transactional SMS works in India?
The primary understanding is that any Bulk SMS content, subject to approval in advance as a template configured with single or multiple variables, is eligible. If your SMS content can be customized with variables and you can provide proof of membership, you are eligible to access our transactional SMS gateway services. All your SMS content will be approved before hand and stored as a template with your required variable. You can only send Transactional SMS with that template.
Cute SMS Transactional SMS Account procedure
1. Choose the package that suits your needs and complete the payment process.
2. Register for a Transactional SMS account.
3. An Account Officer will collect all necessary documents for verification.
4. Our Accounts Department will verify your payment and activate your Transactional SMS account.
5. You will receive a unique Sender ID along with pre-approved SMS templates featuring variables. For example: "Dear parent, your ##son## has achieved ##A+## in the test".
6. Once you receive all your account details, you can replace the variables and start sending transactional messages.
Note: You can change your templates any number of times as required, but all Transactional SMS templates will have to be approved in advance. Additionally, making even slight changes to your template may lead to the SMS not being delivered.
