Please be informed that as part of our continuous commitment to provide better services and better hosting experience to our valued clients, SATHYA will be carrying out a major data centre migration and consolidation exercise from 10:00 PM on 30 January 2020 to 10:30 PM on 31 January 2020. All SATHYA clients may experience disruption on services by this major server migration & consolidation exercise. This includes Shared Hosting and VPS Clients, Cloud Subscribers, Dedicated Server Clients, Co-location Clients, Resellers, etc.
Reasons of major server migration & consolidation:
1. Improve server troubleshooting time - by consolidating our servers onto a single floor, our engineers will have faster access for any troubleshooting works without needing to travel between the availability zones, so that our engineers can attend to any server issue instantly.
2. 24x7 Access to the data center by our server co-location clients. Co-location clients will be able to visit the data center in the event of emergency maintenance with shorter notice period.
3. More space for future growth and support for your businesses - the space on the new floor will allow us to host multiple racks based on the additional requirement. This provides sufficient space to support any expansion of our valued clients’ hosting requirements with immediate availability.

* Migration Window: 10:00 P.M on 30 January 2020 to 10.30 P.M on 31 January 2020 (IST)
