SmarterPing Server maintenance was performed on the server for security up-gradation. Regrettably, the system upgrade was not as seamless as anticipated. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and appreciate your patience while we work diligently to upgrade the system. We will update you accordingly and service will be resumed as early as possible. You may experience disruption on the real time monitoring services of your vehicles and it's history during this period. However current position and history of all your vehicles will be mapped to your SmarterPing Account once the operation has been completed and there will be no data lost.

In the interim, the current position of your GPS Vehicle Tracker/Vehicle can be tracked via SMS using the commands tabulated below:

For example:  If you have Concox TR02 mounted in your vehicle, please send SMS “WHERE,666666#” to the device without double quotes, you will get the current location of the device.
