Our Commitment to Your Security - Launching HTTPS as Default Standard for CMail and BMail Users

At SATHYA, we take the security of our users very seriously. In a constantly changing digital environment, we recognize the need to continuously evaluate how to best protect your information.

CMail and BMail users were already facilitated with https [or Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)], a communications protocol that securely encrypts your information and messages as they move between your browser and SATHYA’s email servers. This option enhances your privacy and security.

Starting September 14, 2018, we will make encrypted https connections as default standard for all CMail and BMail users. Our teams are working hard to make the necessary changes to default https connections on CMail and BMail, and we look forward to providing this extra layer of security for all our users.

Do you use Microsoft Outlook or any other email clients to read your CMail/BMail?

If you are currently using non-SSL ports for POP3 (110) or IMAP (143), your settings must be updated to use the SSL ports POP3+SSL (995) or IMAP+SSL (993) respectively.

To change your Microsoft Outlook from non-SSL to SSL ports, please follow the directions recommended in the articles given below:
