I'm not receiving the email to reset my Smarterping account password.

If you requested a new password but didn't receive your password-reset email:

1  Check the spam or junk mail folder in your email account.

2.  Try to reset your password again.

3.  If you still don't receive the email after requesting a password reset, wait 24 hours and try again.

4.  If you’re still not receiving your password-reset email after the trying the steps above, contact 
     your Internet Service Provider (ex: BSNL) to make sure they’re not blocking email traffic coming 
     from Smarterping.
