Terms and conditions for the Approved template in the Transaction Route

Any template that has been approved should be used in the right way. The provided variables (between ## ##) in the approved template should be modified in accordance with the SMS contents that has been promised by the subscriber at the time of template approval. Modifying any variable that are subject to illegal contents, promotional SMS, Profanity, oath, political rumors and unlawful will be an offense and will be liable to pay penalty as per the undertaking form.

The subscribers can send SMS only to their customer who agrees to receive their SMS. The customer’s acceptance to receive the SMS from the subscriber should be signed by the customers.
