Add and Manage Template in Cute SMS
This is a useful feature for adding routine SMS’s. You can set up SMS content in “Add Template” and save. A Template drop down menu will be available on both the Single SMS and Bulk SMS pages, from which the appropriate Template can be selected, adapted and sent. If preferred, personalized information can be inserted into the message by making use of Placeholders/Variables.
Various organizations use both SMS gateways for promotion and transactional.
Add Template
To add template in Cute SMS, follow the steps listed below:
1. Using your laptop or a desktop computer, login to your Cute SMS Account.
2. In the Message section, click Add Template.
3. Then fill up the appropriate fields (i.e Template Name and Message).
SMS messages needs to be approved in the form of SMS templates when you use Transactional SMS Gateway.
4. Click Save to add template.
Manage Template
In case it becomes necessary, you can easily edit your Template Name and Message by following the steps below:
1. Using your laptop or a desktop computer, login to your Cute SMS Account.
2. In the Message section, click Manage Template.
3. On the Manage Template segment, select the Template that you want to edit from the list and then click Edit option.
4. Edit Template window appears. Edit your desired field with the appropriate values.
5. Click Save to save changes.
6. You will see a confirmation message as follows: Template Name and Message are modified successfully.
