To start Network and Sharing Center from the taskbar notification area
1. Right-click the Network icon in the taskbar notification area.
2. Do one of the following:
In Windows 7, 8 and 10, click Open Network and Sharing Center.
In Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008, click Network and Sharing Center.
To start Network and Sharing Center from a command prompt
1. On your keyboard, press Win+R to open the Run dialog box
2. The Run dialog box window opens.
3. In Run dialog box, type the following command, which is not case sensitive, and then press ENTER:
control.exe /name Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter
