How to view the sent items

  1. Click on reports in the main menu.
  2. Click on sent items sub menu in the Reports menu.
  3. You can see the sent items with date, sender id, mobile number, contact name, message, and its status.
  4. To see the message delivered in a particular date, enter the date in the date text box and click display button.

If your receiver number is in DND activation, you will receive this status



Unknown error

Undefined error. Occurs rarely
