If I want to change my SMS Sender-ID, how can I do that?

Customers are allowed to have only one Sender-ID for Cute SMS - Transactional Route User Account. However, if the client would like to change the existing Sender-ID / add multiple Sender-ID, then charges of Rs.250/- + 18% Service Tax for each Sender-ID need to claim from client.

The registered Cute SMS Transactional Route User Account holders can send a request to support@sathyainfo.com from their registered e-mail address.
