How to create new group?

How to add group for your contacts:

Open the contact menu and select "Add Group" from the sub-menu.
Enter the group name and its code in the corresponding text boxes.
Click the “Save” button.
You will see a confirmation message on the screen, indicating that the group name and code have been added successfully.

How to manage the group in your account:

Click on the manage group sub-menu in the contact menu.
The groups which you have added will be displayed.
You can edit or delete the group code as per your wish, by clicking on edit and delete option. For editing the group, you can follow the same procedure used for adding the group.
